AIAH for Globe Telecom
Globe is one of the largest telecommunications providers in the Philippines, offering broadband services across the country. Operating in a competitive space, the company is always looking for ways to innovate.
The telco wanted to increase its market share in the Philippines by generating more leads for its broadband offering. Specifically, Globe wanted to find a way to tap into people’s preference for messaging when it comes to customer service.
Globe worked closely with AIAH (formerly known as. Innovantage), a Facebook Marketing Partner, to create the bot. The campaign ran for three months from April to June 2019, broadly targeted to Filipinos over the age of 20 in serviceable areas where Globe’s offering was available.
